Delivery

All orders are promptly packed and sent via Royal Mail First Class post.

Delivery may take up to 5 working days during busy periods. Please send an email if you need your order sooner.

If you wish for a different postal method or are buying from outside the UK, then please email me before placing an order.

Postage

Postage and packing per order:

under £10 costs £2.00

£10-£25 costs £3.00

£25-50 costs £5.00

£50-£150 costs £6.00

£150 + is FREE!

Returns

I hope you like your kits but if you have queries or concerns then please email me.

Please use the returns form sent with your parcel when returning anything to Jewellery Parties.

If you have commissioned a kit with special components which have been ordered in, then these will not be refundable.
